Return and Exchange Policy

**1. Digital Goods:**
All sales of digital goods are final. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. In cases where the digital product is faulty, or you received an incorrect item, we can offer an exchange for the correct product. Please ensure you review all information and system requirements for the digital product before making a purchase.

**2. Gift Cards:**
Gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded. However, they can be used at any time as they have no expiration date.

**3. Physical Goods:**
For physical goods, we offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items returned must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

**How to Initiate a Return:**
1. Contact our customer service team at [customer email/phone number] within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Once your return is approved, our team will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.

**Refund Process:**
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, if it meets our return criteria, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

**Exceptions:**
Goods that are damaged, show signs of wear and tear, or are not in their original packaging may not be accepted for a return. Please ensure all items are packaged securely when returning them.

**Shipping & Handling:**
– **Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items:** We are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping. To provide peace of mind to our customers, we do offer shipping insurance at an additional cost. We strongly recommend opting for insurance, especially for high-value items.

– **Shipping Costs for Returns:** Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Certainly! Adding an arbitration clause to your return policy (or terms and conditions) can be an important means of dispute resolution. However, please note that such clauses need to be carefully drafted and should ideally be reviewed by legal counsel. Here’s a general draft for your needs:

**Arbitration and Governing Law:**
1. **Mandatory Arbitration:** All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to this return policy, or the breach thereof, which cannot be resolved informally, shall be settled by arbitration administered in the state of Pennsylvania. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

2. **Governing Law:** This return policy and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

3. **Venue:** The venue for any arbitration under this policy shall be located in the state of Pennsylvania. Parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania for any action or proceeding arising from or relating to this return policy or relating to any arbitration in which the parties are participants.

4. **Fees:** Each party will bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator directs that bearing such costs would be an undue burden and in that case, we will pay for your portion of the arbitration administrative costs (but not your attorneys’ fees).

5. **Waiver of Class Actions and Class Arbitrations:** Both parties acknowledge and agree that they are waiving the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action lawsuit, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.

**Limitation of Liability:**
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, exemplary, special, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.

**Severability:**
In the event that any provision of this policy is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from the policy, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
