Final approval of all design work rests with the client. Once approved, 8x10Designs is not responsible for errors in approved files.
3. AI-Generated Content
8x10Designs offers AI image generation services as part of its creative offerings. Please note:
- AI-generated images are produced using third-party AI tools and are subject to those platforms’ terms of service
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from similarity to existing images or intellectual property
- Clients assume full responsibility for the use, licensing, and publication of AI-generated assets delivered as part of their project
- AI outputs are reviewed and refined by our team, but results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet every creative expectation
4. Workflow Automation
Workflow automation systems designed by 8x10Designs are built to function within the tools and platforms specified at the time of the project. We are not liable for:
- System failures, outages, or changes to third-party platforms that affect automation performance
- Data loss resulting from third-party platform errors or user modifications to automated workflows
- Ongoing maintenance or updates are required after project delivery unless covered under a separate support agreement
5. Website & Web Design
Websites designed and developed by 8x10Designs are delivered in good working order at launch. We are not responsible for:
- Security vulnerabilities introduced after handoff by third-party plugins, themes, or client modifications
- Downtime or performance issues caused by hosting providers
- Search engine rankings or marketing results: web design improves the foundation, but SEO results are not guaranteed
